NatalAid is a small, doctor-hosted property in east San Jose with two fully furnished homes you can rent by the month. One address, two separate homes, one person who answers the phone — Enoch, a local physician — instead of a management company and a lockbox.
The larger home, Unit A, is a 2-bedroom that takes up the whole ground floor: about 800 square feet, two real bedrooms plus a convertible sofa, a deep soaking tub, a full quartz kitchen, and a great room with a home theater, a sound system and a piano. The smaller home, Unit B, is a private 1-bedroom suite at the rear — about 370 square feet with its own entrance, a queen bed behind real blackout shades, a mini-split AC, and a subway-tile tub with a rainfall shower wand.
