The bathroom in the 2-bedroom has a deep soaking tub, because a twelve-hour shift is easier to walk off in hot water than on a sofa. The 1-bedroom suite at the rear has genuine blackout shades and its own mini-split AC, because a lot of our guests work nights and need to sleep through a bright Tuesday afternoon. Both homes have a hardwired gigabit connection next to Wi-Fi 7, so charting from home or a telehealth block doesn’t cut out.
You get a whole furnished home, not a room: a full kitchen, in-building laundry, on-site exercise equipment, a private garden with a grill and a fire pit, free off-street parking, and a Level 2 EV charger you won’t pay extra to use.
